To facilitate your grant request for any technology item you will need to fill out the Technology application complete with the building technology coordinator signature.

Budget: Include an itemized budget for this project. Include item descriptions, number needed, and price per each. Identify any other funding sources and any partial funding options. Please use additional space or another page if needed.
Descriptive Summary and Supporting Materials : Please submit a written statement describing your grant including goals and expected outcomes. Refer to the grant fact sheet to ensure your grant request meets the Foundation’s mission.
An evaluation and accounting of funds are due 30 days after the conclusion of the Grant or Mini Grant. All items purchased through this grant become the property of the East Grand Rapids Public Schools.
